I am simply a housekeeper, but there is a lot of work that I have to do at home. As my eyesight isn’t as good as it was 10 or even more years ago I sometimes have problems when reading books to my grandchildren or sewing up a hole in their clothes. My husband was careful enough to present me a loupe for these activities. I decided to try. What can I say now, three months after? My new loupe is not only pretty and easy-to-use, it really helps me to do my work faster and more proficient. The loupe is made of metal, which means that my naughty grandkids will not break it. Magnification and clearness also suit me as I am not engaged in any serious activities that need mad precision. Besides, the lanyard does it work and I am sure I will not lose my loupe. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that my assistant is BelOMO doublet loupe 8x. Though it is rather heavy-weight, for me it is more a benefit ‘cause I know I have almost no chance to break it by accident. (Posted on 1/17/2017)

My first aid at workReview by George Peps

I have to work with loads of paperwork, and my eyesight has become worse with the age. Sometimes I cannot identify tiny numbers or letters in the documents or certificates. My son advised me to use a hand-held magnifier for such occasions. I’ve chosen belomo 8x power magnifier to try. It is just exactly what I’ve needed all this time. I should say that 8x power magnification is enough for me. I can see every detail, number and letter and EVEN MORE. This magnifier is good for detailed examination of texts, pictures, tables. Now it is my ‘first aid’ at work. Thanks for the product. (Posted on 12/29/2015)

No regretsReview by Peter Johns

I needed 8x power magnification loupe. My previous order was lost on its way, and I had to re-order a new one. I thought it to be a good sign and decided to change the seller and my choice from ‘made in China’ in favor of ‘made in Belarus’. In fact, I have no regrets. The Belarusian brand Belomo has all reasons to compete on the international market. The 8x power magnifier consists of two high-quality lenses with antireflection covering. Overall dimensions are optimal which is good for examination of small objects. The lens itself is mounted into a rigid metal housing which seems to be pretty durable. The Belomo 8x is worth buying. No need to look furtherReview by Samuel

8 power doublet is an extremely good compromise over the cost of more expensive doublets (I realized that belomostore.com offers the best prices to date). What should I say, good glass, errors are minimal, image is clean, convenient magnifier. It is not plastic like others, it is thick steel. For amateur use it is just okay. It’s my first magnifier, and I will say that I’m pleased enough with the Belomo that I don’t feel the need to look further. (Posted on 11/16/2015)

Nice loupe for my grandfatherReview by Lucy Lewis

I bought BelOMO 8x loupe at the request of my grandfather. He is a watchmaker, and he always needs a good magnifier close at hand. He says that the 8x power magnification is enough for his weak eyesight. BelOMO 8x hand loupe has a nice level of magnification, antireflection covering, and metal frame which ensures lens safety for many years. By the way, I ordered BelOMO 8x completed with nylon lanyard with a quick release buckle, so as not to lose it. My grandfather is happy with his new loupe. (Posted on 10/31/2015)

For those who have problems with eyesReview by Peter F

Unfortunately, I have some problems with my eyes and I sometimes need to use a loupe. When I bought this loupe from the Byelorussian producer BeIomo I understood that it was much easier for me to see even the smallest symbols and details. Thanks to this doublet loupe I can botanize more accurately because I can see the veins and the texture of each leaf. I like this loupe but now I am thinking of purchasing another loupe with larger magnification – if I finally decide to do this, it will also be a Belomo loupe (either triplet 10x, or even 12x).
